Where and when do we meet?
Wednesdays 5:45PM at the Lake Shore Park
(the track at the corner of N Fairbanks Ct & E Chicago Ave.)
Please arrive between 5:45pm-6:00pm. Promptly at 6:00pm, we'll begin a dynamic warm-up and begin the workout immediately following warm-up.
The meditation will last between 6:45pm-7:00pm.
What should I bring with me?
Watch (if you're tracking speed/mileage)
Positive Mental Attitude
Note: to start, we will NOT have a gear check. If you care about losing something, like your phone (if you're not running with it) or your wallet, please do NOT bring it with you.
There are bathrooms and water fountains on-site!
